When you use the Service, you may voluntarily input financial information such as investment theses, trade records, portfolio positions, and stock research. This data is provided by you and stored to deliver the Service's functionality.

Payment Data

Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card numbers or bank account details. We receive limited payment information from Stripe, such as subscription status and billing history.

• Generate AI-powered research and analysis using Google Gemini
• Display market data and stock information
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Enable community features such as following, commenting, and sharing research

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may receive or process your data:

• Stripe — Payment processing for Pro subscriptions. Stripe's use of your data is governed by the Stripe Privacy Policy.
• Google Authentication — Sign-in via Google OAuth. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
• Google Gemini AI — AI-generated research and analysis. Your research queries and related context may be sent to Google's Gemini API to generate responses.
• MarketStack — Market data and stock prices. We send ticker symbols to retrieve pricing data; no personal information is shared.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data and User Content for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain data for legal, regulatory, or legitimate business purposes.

Anonymized or aggregated data that cannot be used to identify you may be retained indefinitely for analytics and service improvement purposes.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), secure database storage, and access controls. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Cookies
